Mr. Avi Zak

Managing Partner
Avi Zak has held multiple roles within the field of hospitality management since 1997, including working as managing director of three boutique hotels in central London during the early 2000s. He has served as the founder and managing partner of two boutique hotels in Tel Aviv since 2004, and also as the founder and managing partner of the luxury, five-star superior, The Drisco Hotel since 2014, as well as the hotel’s George & John restaurant from 2019. Currently in the works is Avi’s fourth hotel, a 160 room, centrally located property in Tel Aviv, opening in 2022. Avi was born in Israel and currently lives in Tel Aviv with his wife and three children.

Chef Tomer Tal, who has a decade of experience working in some of Tel Aviv’s top restaurant, leads the culinary team at The Drisco Hotel Tel Aviv. Tomer is one of the most promising young chefs in Israel, introduces to George & John a menu based on unique cooking and smoking methods, using local herbs and quality sustainable ingredients. His original culinary language stands out from crowd and demonstrates exclusivity. Tomer draws inspiration from local, multi cultural traditions, standing out from the crowd with an original culinary language, demonstrates exclusivity in his presentation of Israeli-modern cuisine. Tomer was born in Israel and is married with two children.

Nataly Nichitina

Reservations Manager
After obtaining a degree in interior design at the Technical University of Moldova, Nataly followed her heart and relocated to Israel. Here, she was exposed to and immediately captured by the travel and hospitality industry. Now a veteran of the hotel business for more than eight years, her passion and enjoyment of the industry is continuously expending. Nataly was born in Moldova.
