Zada Restaurant

The Zada restaurant cooks up a contemporary Ottoman culinary experience. The cuisine revolves around the traditional meals cooked for the Sultans of the Ottoman Empire, layered with touches that blend the authentic with contemporary interpretation and local influences, while practicing a farm to table approach and working with sustainable local ingredients.

Zada, named after the God of spirit, offers a cuisine based on fish, seafood, local vegetables and fine meats genuine to the Ottoman kitchen.
We show-case a number of signature dishes that were reserved for the table of the Grand Sultan such as, stuffed vegetables re-interpreted, unusual kebab dishes, and pastries from the Orient.
The dishes are served in the traditional Ottoman regal style, presented in individual ceramic cookware brought directly from the oven to the table.
Zada restaurant offers a unique ambiance offering an oriental space with arched walls typical of the old orient transporting you to a magical era and delivering an unforgettable experience.
